Its also evident that aspects of Iron Wire also found its way into Gung Jia and Sup Ying as well.

They are training sets which happen to have isometric and dynamic tension sequences which train similar to Tit Sin Kuen.

All Pillar sets have the Hard and Soft concept and the explosive techniques as well as the breathing training.
