How does a person use there Bridges in real fighting on the streets I mean Wing Chun Bridges ?

do you mean the bon sao (bridge arm) or do you mean bridging the gap between you and an opponent?

I mean useing Brigde work in Wing Chun like Tan <Bong and Fook plus closeing the Gap . Arent the bridges in Wing Chun in the Chum Kui set .
