Hi,

I'm 99.9% certain it's a Pak Mei form. There are elements of Gau Bo Toy, Sup Jee Kuen and Say Mun Pa Qua that I can see, and the final salute looks very characteristic of Pak Mei. However, I don't know the name of this particular set.
