My fiance and I left Hong Kong for the weekend so we could avoid having to meet/greet/feast with her relatives over the new year. We didn't avoid all things CNY completely, as we went to Vietnam, which celebrates the Lunar new year as the Tet festival. When I work out how to re-encode video from my camera to youtube-suitable format, I'll upload some lion dancing, dragon dancing and other Chinese-Vietnamese gung fu activities I saw in Saigon over the weekend and link them on the lion dancing subforum. |
